What would you do with 35,000 gallons of cow manure?

The Audet family of Vermont has turned their manure into electricity with the help of their company, the Central Vermont Public Service Corp. Their 200-kW generator produces energy from the extracted methane in the manure, and is enough to power 300 - 400 homes in Vermont. Their dairy farm is now making more than $120,000 a year.
